Engagement

• Services provided under statements of work (SOW) or MSAs.
• Best-effort timelines; dependencies may affect delivery.
• Customer is responsible for accurate inputs and approvals.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, indirect damages are excluded. Liability capped to amounts paid in the prior 12 months.
